R1500

Onboarding Fee
R1500
R1,500 (one-time, non-refundable) – covers 6 full months of marketing on Property24 and partner sites, plus our ongoing support. If your property doesn’t sell in the first 6 months, renew for another 6 months at the same R1,500 rate – no pressure, full flexibility.

If you decide to sign up, you'll receive our detailed PDF guide with visual examples and instructions on how to take effective photos, including practical tips on optimal angles, lighting, composition, using natural light, wide-angle shots for rooms, decluttering spaces, and capturing appealing exteriors to make your listing stand out. Modern smartphone cameras work perfectly for this, with no need for an expensive camera.
