Fixed Commission: R25,000 – payable only on successful registration at the Deeds Office, regardless of the final sale price.

Fixed Commission: R30,000 – payable only on successful registration at the Deeds Office, regardless of the final sale price.

ONCE-OFF:

Onboarding Fee

R1,500 (one-time, non-refundable) – covers 6 full months of marketing on some of South Africa's major property portals and partner sites.

OPTIONAL:

Professional Photography

(Available for Both Packages) high-resolution photos + virtual video tour + aerial drone shots (where feasible), arranged directly through Property24 partners.
